Premier Inns, Newbury Park

I stay here every 2 weeks for business. They just changed management (OH HOW I MISS THAT TALL GUY) Housekeeping is great, staff is wonderful, place is clean, beds are NEW and Comfy. They are Inexpensive for what you get, Thanks and see ya soon.

I live here because I lost my house due to the econemy and it is great! Very clean and beautiful. And the price is excellent for being so nice! I have never seen a roach here. Some people are just pigs so that's on them. HAHA. The staff is phenominal. And if there is a problem they get right on it! The only thing bad I have to say about this place is the tv channels! There's like 30! And the internet is 40$ a week :( But hey, It's not ment for people to live here LOL But I pay it every week and It's fast and at least the tv has my favorite channel, USA!

Remodeled rooms are very clean, beds very comfy. Slip housekeeping a few bucks and they will be very appreciative. I love these folks!

This place is terrible. Let me summarize: 1) Cockroaches! 2) Broken heater. 3) Bodily fluid stains on linens Reported all three of the above to the management who clearly didn't care. Not kidding about the roaches, either. Housekeeping sprays some sort of awful scent in the rooms as part of their daily cleaning, but I wonder if it is some sort of insect deterrent as well. You'd have to pay me to stay here again.

I needed a place to stay when my house foreclosed. I didn't have money for first and last month to rent. I needed temporary housing. Premier Inn was the best price in town and is close to the transit center, where I could get a bus into Thousand Oaks. The rooms are neat and clean, and there is a small refrigerator in the room.

Hanging out around the free donuts and coffee in the morning I learned that a lot of the people stay here do so because they are pet friendly. I choose it because it was the best deal in town convenient to Amgen. For the price I honestly expected something nasty. So I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were clean, cheery, and bug free. Used to hotel rooms across the country, I would have expected to pay about double the price in most places for an equivalent room. All but one of the front desk staff are cheerful and anxious to help (and I haven't seen the grouchy one lately). A 7-11 is about 300 ft in one direction and a couple of restaurants about 200 ft in the other direction. Location is about 2 blks off of US-101.
