Rodeway Inn Regalodge, Glendale

This place has the worst customer service ever. My last stay was ok nothing great about it. i decided to rebook this hotel because its very close to the stateboard testing facility. I called the hotel to make a reservation and was greeted by a rude woman who yelled at me over the phone because she did not give me the correct phone number. She told me to stop and listen to her, chastising me like a child. Im booking my stay at another hotel. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had no problem with the front staff. Very nice and courteous. I paid what the web site rates were, no problems. I stayed 4 nights without incident. Parking a bit tight but not a problem. Room is always clean and stocked appropriately. I stay here every December when I am in town to visit friends for the holidays. Good for business trips too if you are watching your budget.

We've booked a weeks stay here. But each night although the sign says no vacancy, there is not enough parking. Tonight there was NONE. We're from out of town, all the way from Washington DC, and although the value is great, if you spend money for a weeks stay you should be guaranteed a parking spot. We had to park 3 blocks away tonight, on a dimly lit street, and hopefully the car will not get broken into or worse towed. As an added non bonus, if you try to take advantage of the FREE WiFi, good luck, it's spotty at best and mostly dead.

Booked room day I got there. It was $55 a night for 3 nights. It was a pretty good location. The staff was a bit ignorant. They were very demanding about cleaning the room, cause I told them to stay out of my room during my stay. The pool isn't that clean.....I did go in anyways and ended up with a double ear infection--which I never get from swimming. If your on a tight budget and don't care about a glorious room-this is for you. My room didn't have an alarm clock and they wouldn't give me one on request-my friends room did however have one.
