Del Amo Inn, Torrance

Very clean and well kept rooms. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Definitely will use this place again when in town.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The place looked like a well kept property. Will stay everytime I come into town. Highly recommend if you are on a business budget and want to feel really good about your stay!!!!!!

This hotel is housing a child molester/ former cop. BEWARE! Look up the hotels address in the CA Register Sex Offenders Website.

In 2005 when the last report about this place was written, I am sure this place was nice and all. But now in 2008 things have changed….. The rooms are very dirty, with spider webs all over the walls and sealing. Burned carpet, sink and furniture, and this were a non smoking room. The walls were full of stuff I could not make out, beside the blood splatter in some areas. I think it would be great if the city would give them so called Motels and Hotels in and around Los Angeles a rating system like they have for restaurants. At least there is a chance for some of these dumps, like the Del Amo Inn in Torrance CA, to clean up there place. All this for $90.00 plus Tax, you better off spending 10* dollar more and you in a luxury place compare to this one. One more thing, The room, bed and whatever else taxes you have to pay in the greater los Angeles area per night are out rages, for a Tax this high, one could expect the city to take care of this dumps and closes them for good,

One of the best roooms I've ever stayed in...only a notch below the La Quinta Resorts and Fairmonts of the world. Room is big, everything is new, plush carpeting, full fridge, sink, microwave, counter space, mini- dining area, cable, nice bed and blankets. No iron/board (the only negative thing I can think of). I can't believe this is a mid-budget motel. Maybe LA hotels are better than the rest of the states' hotels. I usually don't stay in LA hotels since I live here.
