Filthy, overpriced, no service!

The worst part of the room, however, is that the bathroom was NOT cleaned. There was brown stuff in the toilet and a used razor in the shower. There were NO towels. The shampoos are generic low-end brands except for a pumper for hand soap. The reason they use a pumper is because it is CHEAPER than giving each guest a new bar of soap. Also, the provided shampoo (no conditioner) was not only generic low-end shampoo, BUT IT WAS REFILLED!! Yes, it was refilled and not a brand new bottle. This was clearly obvious based on the age of the label (gets wet over time) and looseness of the cap. We decided to go to the grocery store and buy our own soaps and towels. Reading some other reviews (after we already checked-in), we realized we would only receive cheap, low-end towels that would be very scratchy; and odds are they would not even make up the room and replace the towels. We thought we’d just take matters into our own hands here.
In summary, I’d rather stay at a Motel 6. At least they have clean bathrooms and when they leave the light on, it’s not a florescent or solar light.
