Best Western Regency Inn, Huntington Beach

I have stayed at this motel twice. I will not stay again. The rooms are clean. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. But you won't be sleeping in them since the noice outside is terrible. Both times there were people outside all hours of night making noise, drinking..etc. This last stay, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The hotel could not care less that we had a terrible stay. They basically told us tough luck. I will not be staying at this motel again. I may even tear my rewards card up and write off best westerns all together. Very poor customer service. Save yourself some grief. Go elsewhere.

Four of us stayed on a Thursday night for $95, and were happy with our stay. Big room, clean, only 5 minute drive to the beach. The lady at the desk when we arrived was very courteous and super helpful. Even recommended a great mexican restaurant. We'd stay here again.

I loved everything about the Best Western Regency. I love the beach and you really can not find a place more better to stay after you're time surfing. The hotel is great for families and couples. I came with my boyfriend and we had a remarkable time. We did see children during our stay, but when we went into our rooms it's like a whole other world. We loved our stay and we know we will be coming back to stay!

The staff was so helpful and very friendly.My family had such a great time.It was convienient to the beach, shopping and especially Disneyland.

Close to the beach but thats about it. Pool and Spa...forget about it. Rooms were clean but noisy. Bed was...well lets just say i got lower back pain every morning. Price is great for how close it is to the beach though. Huntington Beach was a waste of time though. Its become so crowded its no fun anymore. Kids all over the place. Bars were empty at night except for the kids hanging around outside of them. Police were writing parking tickets like it was their sole income. NO MORE HB FOR ME!
