Bali Hi Motel, Richland

We love to stay at this place because it is within walking distance to so many businesses. The main thing is it is close to the park for Cool Desert Nights car show in June. We have stayed here before, but it is now under new managment. Very nice couple and they are doing a terrifice job of cleaning the place up. We will stay here again.

clean,cozy rooms,nice staff,and great price. They even let us have our 60lb lab in our room! every thing in town is in walking distance,our room came with wi fi coffee pot & coffee, fridge, micro wave and hair dryer. we realy did love it and we'll be back!

older motel but thats what gives it it's charm, nice well kept grounds,friendly staff,alittle dated but very clean. felt like home away from home. the gal in the office"Victoria" went above and beyond to make us comfy( was like visiting a favorite aunt) get your pic taken an her antique toy tractor it's sooo cute! stay for a night and you'll never wana leave. We had an awsome time!!!!

Grreat location. Priced right. Friendly staff. Chinese restaurant right next door. Close to the river. Parks are close by. Spudnut donut shopo right down the road. Centrally located, so it works good goiing in any direction.

the heat didnt work, the water is brown, no hot water, internet is intermittant, the door wont close right, cant get in the door without a struggle, and omg! The manager did her best but can only do so much with what is available. At 2:30 in the morning dont plan on sleeping cause we were woke up both nights by drunks coming from the bar. Stay somplace else

My husband was there while in town for work and it was NOT a good experience. First of all, one of the first nights he was there a SWAT team raided one of the rooms...then they messed up his key card and everytime he came or went he had to go try and find a manager, when he asked about being compensated for the inconvenience he was told "no way"..The room was moderately clean (that's being generous) and there was water running all night that was very loud..the management then changed the weekly rate b/c they figured there weren't many choices for the workers to take advantage of (several left at that point)..my husband then found a much nicer, cleaner, safer, larger place with a full kitchen, couch and dining table for $205 dollars cheaper a month..when he went to check out of the Bali Hi he was refused a full refund for nights not spent there. They were EXTREMELY unprofessional and ripped us off. If staying in the tri-cities area please call the Kennewick Suites which is the very opposite of this dive!! You won't be sorry!

great place nice clean room great location close to all kind of restaurant n bars , right on main street nice manager andking size bed in single room as the best part of this motel

The rooms were good for the price, singles with kingsize beds!! Who imagined that one up! We're used to getting a single room and being stuck with a queen size bed, that was amazing in itself. The bathrooms were recently remodeled too so the tiling was brand new, some of it didn't match but it looked very nice. The amenities were great, microwaves, minifridges, and coffee makers in every room! Also they're the only motel I've seen to have rooms with three beds, count them, 1, 2, 3!! Amazing for big families. Cable TV was cool for those boring times, HBO was useful, but the location was amazing for shopping and juse bee-boppin around town. Parks, restaurants, bars, shopping, and a hospital are within easy walking distance. The jacuzzi was huge and wonderful also! I would totally recommend this Motel to anyone, young or old, long stay or short stay!

Oh my God! This place is still there?? Really a cheap place if you don't want any frills and safe. We are tall and big people. My 6'5" husband had a bit of trouble standing to take a shower and sitting on the toliet was a nightmare. Too tiny! We won't stay again. Glad it was a one night stay. Good location and good value and had a refrig, coffee maker, cable, so if you are a smaller framed person you might think it is OK. The rooms could be cleaner. The staff was ho hum.
