RUN AWAY from the dirty stinky rooms.

My wife and I worked out a discounted rate with one of the owners of the Olympia Inn because we were going to be in town for two months on business. The room they gave us was okay but it was quite dingy. We only paid for the first two nights in advance to make sure there were no bugs because we had received mixed reviews from the locals. After the first two days we decided to pay for a whole week. The day after we paid for a week they told us that we had to move to a different room ( they claimed that the room had been previously booked even though we told them we would be staying for up to two months when we got there ). The room we were moved to reeked of animal urine and feces. There was a spot in the middle of the room that had been urinated upon so many times that the carpet had been bleached from a dark scarlet to an off white. It took two cans of Lysol and an entire bottle of Febreze just to make it so we did not gag just walking in the room. The room was so scary I had to put on my shoes just to get off the bed to go to the bathroom.
Needless to say we moved out of the motel asap. Later we talked to one of the owners and they told us we could have our original room back at the same discounted rate. When we got back into our original room we found that in the whole time we were gone from that room ( about a week and a half ) the sheets had not been changed. Now for the icing on the cake, the next day a different owner jacked up the price claiming that the discounted rate was for one adult only, even though the whole time they had been dealing with my wife and I as a couple. I am usually a calm and laid back guy, but the new owner I talked to was so rude I was almost moved to commit acts physical violence against this lying and deceitful sorry excuse for a human. Outside of that the internet cuts out every minute or so and the housekeeping is less than non existent. If you want to save some money stay in a urine drenched box in a damp alley, you will have a better experience.
