RUDE customer service!!

Well my husband is leaving spokane for a few months to work n moses lake. I called this place first to ask about weekly or monthly rates(which they dont have) and where they are located in moses lake. He was very rude and said "well moses lake isnt big!" And was very rude when I tried booking my husband a room!!(which he wouldnt let me do) I deal with customers on the phone all day at work and would never treat someone like that!! Obviously this guys got issues. I guess he figures since the rooms are cheap it gives him the right to be rude!!

I'd do it again!

I went here twice to visit my boyfriend while he was attending school. This hotel was a great price, for a decent room. It had a huge bathtub and an air-conditioning unit for the summer heat For what I wanted, it was a wonderful stay. It's not high class, but I loved it. It's easy to find and the manager and desk clerk were very friendly.
