Room Clean But Warnings

The front desk guy was nice and helpful. The room was clean. I had a slight problem with their pool being not as clean as it could/should of been and their jacuzzi was missing too many jets. It was cleaner though. Now the other warning they as of the 13th of June 2007 could not serve any "Complimentary continental breakfast" due to some licencing problem. Other than the above problems I enjoyed my stay. Hopefully they will fix the problems they have.
 
 
 
 
 
A perfect hotel in a perfect town!

I loved this hotel. The people at the front desk were fantastic. They were always willing to help plan out my day or give me suggestions for evening dining. I ate at one of the best hole-in-the-wall restaurants because a the woman at the front desk had lived in Bend for 21 years and knew all about the area. The hotel was within walking distance of old downtown and Drake Park as well which made exploring Bend that much more convenient. The guest rooms were beautifully remodeled and the premium beds were more comfortable than my one at home! I would definately come back to Bend, and would never think of staying anywhere else other than the Best Western.

Wonderful Experience

The staff here was very accomidating and helped us with all of our questions about the area throughout the day. They told us about great places to eat, fun things to do, and interesting events going on. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well. The new continental breakfast was very nice as well. The rooms all appeared to be new as well so there may have been a remodel sometime recently. Overall it helped improve the expereince we had in Bend.
