Frontier Motel, Roswell

I guess they must have renovated some of the rooms since others discuss the cleanliness of their rooms. I did see new carpet going into a room near by so they must be fixing things up room by room. Mine had broken furniture, dirty light switches and holes in the carpet and couch. I got only one channel on the TV. The manager did offer to move me so I shouldn't complain about the TV. The soap was the size of a chocolate mint other hotels would give you. Bath towels the size of hand towels. Water flow in shower so low I didn't dare wash my hair in fear of not getting the shampoo out. Good notes: the pool did have water in it and people were enjoying it. Thankfully the air conditioner did work since the temp was 110 degrees and I had a small refrigerator and microwave. The bed was a king and comfortable.

I had a reservation, but one's i saw the condition of the hotel, and the pool being empty. I cancel my reservation. They said they would only charge $30.00 cancelation fee. Next thing I know I had two charges on my card, one for $140.00 and the other for $70.48. Why I don't know I'm disputing charges.

Large size Room , New mattress and business desk is big and interenet works with gr8 speed to catch work and watch some HBO.

This place is clean and comfortable for small stay. they dont have coffee in room however they are kind enough to provide us one when asked at front desk.

We stayed here with family and friends and foudn it was clean and nice to mark . we get value for what we paid and we are happy to stay

Nobody was ever at the front desk and did not answer our phone calls. The air conditioner did not work, there was mold in the tub/shower. My husband went to the store to buy a small fan to keep us cool and we left the next morning. Never again.

WE LIKED BIG SIZE ROOMS SPECIALL ONE WE STAYED IS KING AND MY OTHER FRIENDS FAMILY STAYED IN 2 QUEENS . WE TRIED OTHER FRANCHISE MOST OF THEM HAS 2 DOUBLES AND THIS SMALL MOTEL HAS 2 QUEENS AND FRONT DEST INFORMED US THEY ARE NEW PILLOW TOP AND WE REALLY HAD GOOD SLEEP SINCE WE HAD SAME MATTERESS MAYBE DIFFERNT MAKE AT HOME. WE RECOMMAND FOR SMALL ECONOMY TRAVELERS DONT WANT TO SPEND $$$ ON FRANCHISE

Whoever wrote the previous positive reviews must be the owners of this hotel. We came to visit Roswell as tourists to see the UFO museums and although there were many nice looking hotels and motels all within minutes of each other, we were only staying one night and on a budget. We were charged $55 for one night and the room was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty including the toilet lid and the light switch plates. The room smelled awful like Lysol. The rooms need MAJOR renovating and look very old. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but just knowing how dirty the room was made us decide to leave at 2 in the morning. The pool was empty (not that I would swim in it) and when we checked in at the desk, it was about 3 in the afternoon and they told us there was a "continental breakfast" there...well I guess they left all the old donuts out for the next morning. I do not recommend this hotel period.

This place is clean and comfortable with new mattress for perfect sleep. We enjoyed our stay and we surely recommand for all future guest of this town. We stayed for 3 days and found housekeeping are excellent. Thanks

MY family Like Big size rooms feels like home and there New Mattress soft Pillow Top what they say about all time are good for perfect sleep. Internet works with gr8 speed. Furniture conditions need to change in few years. There parking space is neat and clean gives comfortable and looks safe at night with lots of lights all over parking space. Breakfast Donuts is good need some more like Apple or Banana for diet people. Overall very happy and will stay here for sure and we also save some money since its fare price then paying high price to big names for same rooms.
