5 reviews for Hills Resort, Priest Lake
Fabulous Atmoshpere
By MaryS, 09/14/09
The summer is incredible, the resort sits on one of the most prestine lakes in North America. You can see clearly to the bottom of the lake in areas under 20 feet deep or so. The beach is long and Sandy. Nothing is better than a cup of coffee on your deck or on the beach at Priest lake in the Morning. The mountain air will refresh you and the warm sun will make you want to go for a swim. The cabins and condo's are roomy and semi-rustic decor, even if it is a little dated in places, you won't care. You are AT HE LAKE, and not just ANY LAKE, it is the BEST LAKE in my opinion, of the 20-30 I have been to. Fishing is good, there are lots of deer, moose, bear and elk in the area. The restaurant is usually very good. SUNDAY BRUNCH is a real treat, movies on the beach, live music, boat gas and docks, pets are welcome with an extra charge. Family owned for over 50 years, it's one of the best.

Our home away from home

Our family and some friends have spent a week at Hills every summer for the past 11 years. It's beautiful, fun and the food is fantastic at the lodge. Boating is great, but so is reading on the beach or going for a swim. Hills treats each guest like family. It's a friendly, relaxed place with something for everybody. Our sons are 17 and 18 and they still can't wait for their week at Hills each summer

Family Tradition
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/26/06
Hills Resort is a great resort, and my family appreciates the way they bring out Preiset lakes beauty. My extended family has been gathering there every summer for over 11 years (some of them traveling from as far as new york to join the fun.) the cabins are rustic and quaint yet comfertable for large family's and updated... and of course the lake and surronding wilderness are truly amazing. The feeling of being there is warm and welsoming and it's really a family spot, with playgrounds, swimming areas, movie nights, boat rentals, the snack shop, sports courts, and kareoke nights. The fun never seems to stop while we're at Hill's and it's the perfect reunioun spot for my family to cherishtime and create memories that will last a lifetime. I hope that it stays strong in my family for years to come and i invite others to join. I wish all the best to the Hill's staff, as they have all been wonderful to our family. =]

Best Resort in Idaho
By Amy, 05/17/06
The Hill Family that founded this resort have been the best employers i have had. They have gone beyond giving me a job, they've helped me in alot of other ways especially when my husband was in prison over last summer. Its the most peaceful welcoming resort that i know of and is well worth the extra miles to visit.

Its like being at the ocean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/10/06
The beaches are very sandy, no pointy rocks or seaweed for a lake. The only bad thing is you have to have a reservation for the resteraunt.
