I will not stay again.

We had to drive down a slippery hill into the icy rear parking lot.Our room still had someone elses bottle of shampoo in it, which made me wonder if it had been cleaned at all. The hot tub was so hot my children couldn't even get in. The beds were very uncomfortable, and our room had no blow dryer or alarm clock. Our room keys didn't work for the outside doors only our rooms, so members of our party were locked outside and had to call for someone to let them in after 10:00p.m. I felt this was a huge safety issue. The total cost for this was over $70.00. The staff was pleasant. Our next trip to Milbank we will try a different hotel.
