Just great memories now.

There was nothing to dislike. The views of rolling hills, the beautiful grass and trees, overlooking the Lake were spectacular.
We found the Grandview Hotel about 20 years ago and returned two and three times a year, spring, summer and beautiful fall. Words cannot describe the beautiful scenery; we loved it.
Now comes the best, most of the people staying at Grandview were repeat customers from the years before, all super people. We met every morning in the lobby for coffee, orange juice, sweet rolls, muffins and biscuits. Gene and Cheryl, owners of Grandview, are two of the nicest, hard working people you could ever meet. My wife, Darlene, and I really thought of them as family.
Now the bad part, the Grandview Hotel is being torn down to make way for condos. We are really going to miss Gene and Cheryl, again two really wonderful people. My wife and I wish them all the luck in the world in their new endeavdor.
