They don't care about customers

Well, the air conditioner leaked water over the door to the point there was a serious puddle inside around the door area. The drip-sploosh... drip-sploosh... drip-sploosh... drip-sploosh... drip-sploosh... drip-sploosh... kept us awake all night. There were no other rooms available, so we were stuck, and they didn't offer any discount or refund or other compensation. They really didn't care about customer satisfaction. They knew about the problem and still rented the room and clearly didn't bother to repair the problem, which was simply to adjust the tilt of the a.c. so that it would drip outside the door rather than inside.
The bathroom wasn't that clean and there was mildew in the shower. Said that there was complimentary coffee in the morning in the office, but it wasn't there when I looked at 7:15 am. Have stayed in other Motel 6's before and have never experienced this blantant level of apathy towards the customer. They don't care if you stay or not, and if there are problems, so what?
