Motel 6, Cedar Rapids

Rooms are very small. Beds are hard and gross. There are people who live in the hotel that are trashy. The Motel 8 across the street is a million times nicer. We should have stayed there.

It was so retarded, that me or my dad will never go back there again. When you go to sleep at night, dead bugs pop out of the bedding. Body itches all over and scariest people we had ever seen. Gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. If you guys want our advice on that, we wold recommend a nice clean hotel instead of motels. So don't ever stay in Motel 6 in Cedar Rapids, IA

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in! It was "Filthy dirty" slim or slobber all over the inside of the windows. Bugs & flies were squished on the walls and left there. Burn holes in the bedding, the floor was wet around our sink so we put a towel on it to soak it up and it was yellowish brown. Nasty and $129 for two nights, we were supposed to have a coffee maker, microwave and small frig. and didn't have that either. I understand the stress from the flooding but Motel 6 should be totally ashamed of this. We needed more towels and they were so under staffed that we had to run for them, which was no big deal. The only good thing was the front desk clerks were very pleasant and I am sure that has to be difficult for them working under these conditions! Never going back at least to the Cedar Rapids Motel 6
