Needs a major facelift

This place is about 10 years past needing renovation. Plus they advertise their free breakfast, which consists of 5 bagels, 2 crates of individually wrapped donuts, and industrial-sized jars of condiments that everyone got to share, including an Igloo jug of milk that one of the owners/managers must have supplied from home. Seriously, can you just invest the $4 to buy a gallon of milk you can keep onhand?
