Americas Best Value Inn, Memphis

The service was poor. The advertised "data port" was a dial-up port available on the Telephone, for those few who still have dial-up, rather than an Ethernet port. The "non-smoking" room was dirty, with cigarette burns everywhere. The bathtub did not have a stopper available. There was no iron as advertised. The hotel staff started making rounds to ask people if they were ready to check out 2 hours before the checkout time. The hotel is right next to a bus depot, and the buses could be heard throughout the night.
