Viking Arms Inn, Ludington

Good location for downtown and places to eat. Clean, but the restroom was very small. Shower stall had barely enough room to turn around in and the bed was very uncomfortable. Friendly staff but unless I could get a better bed, I probably would not stay again.

Riding a motorcycle sometimes is a problem at places but at the Viking Arms Inn they treated us as King and Queen. Love the atmosphere and the room was neat and clean. Within walking distance of places to eat which was enjoyable to us. The hot tub was awesome and attached to the pool for easy access. First class place and we can't wait to go that way again. Thank you so much for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. My wife has even wished that there was one in our area with that setting. Thank You so much.

We received good service and hospitality at the Viking Arms Inn. We were part of a group/block of rooms that was staying in town for the girls' AYBT basketball tournament. We had a nice time and found the rooms and pool to be neat and clean. We especially appreciated the accommodating service. We arrived early because the girls had a basketball game earlier that morning. After the game, we had no where to go, so we went back to the inn thinking we'd have to wait around to get into our rooms. Instead, the owner allowed us to check-in early. We also appreciated the flexibility in being able to wait until check-out to settle our charges. We wanted to pay cash & the owner was understanding that our bank has a 24-hr rule and limitation on the amount you can withdraw. It was a good experience and we would definitely recommend this inn to others.

This is sweet little business. The family lives onsight, so there is an owner available at all hours of the night. None of the bells and whistles of the bigger places, but certainly a comfortable place in a terrific town. The owner noticed the tire of my car was flat. He filled it with air so I could take it to be repaired before I even knew there was anything wrong with it. You just can't buy service like that.

My stay at the Viking Arms Inn was exceptional. Very clean rooms, warm hospitality and a beautiful town. I would recommend the city of Ludington and Viking Arms Inn to anyone wants an enjoyable get away. You could tell that the owners really cared about their establishment and you. Family owned

Staff was very pleasant. Movie rentals at the office. Hot tubs are in the room. also an electric fireplace. Nice place to stay for a romantic getaway!

Owners have a horrible attitude and showed disdain towards clients. Inns should have a friendly atmosphere. owner seemed preoccupied with other details. On a scale of 1-10 this would be a 1.

The owner explained to me why the rooms are absolutely silent: when they had it built they had the 2 x 4's staggered and insulation wrapped around each one. The room next to ours was occupied by several adults and I never heard a peep. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hot tub was warm, not hot, but I was told they turn up the heat in the evening. This is a family owned business.

Clean, friendly and very comfortable place to stay. After being on a family vacation for 7 nights, with out 4 children, we were delighted to have such a wonderful place to stay. I will definately stay here again when in the area. Thank you for the wonderful service.
