Poor Customer Service

I disliked the customer service. They were not very informative. The maid doesn't clean the room well. My child had wet the bed and I removed all the covers and when I returned to the room that evening the same covers and sheets were placed back on the bed. I found that to be very unsanitary. It took 45 minutes before guess services brought me new bedding. The only thing I liked about this place was the location.

From the initial contact with the Front Desk Agent (Ms. Vantrease), to the cleanliness of the room and lobby, the hospitality of the staff, and the location as well as the price, this was good for me hands down ! I would definitely recommend this location to any of my traveling friends and associates. The restaurants and shopping areas near this location are great and easy to get to and not to far from downtown Chicago. To the staff and management keep up the good work !!!!

I Had A Ball!

I loved the service and staff but I didn't like that they didn't clean the room well while we were gone. But beside that I would definitely be coming back... I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rates were decent and I will be back in a couple weeks!

It was just outsideof Chicago,very short drive to downtown,without the hotel price.The only ice machine is in the lobby,and it gets a little creepy at night,otherwise we had no problems.bathroom was a little small though.

Good business location, NO TOWELS

Very clean. Staff helpful. Business King was great with desk & chair, desk light, and WiFi. Quiet location. I'm used to sleeping on memory foam and was relieved to find the hotel bed comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Take your own coffee pot and blow-dryer because (in spite of their website listing) there is NOT any in the room and they did NOT have an iron/ironing board. They need to invest in some towels because the HOTEL WAS OUT of CLEAN TOWELS. All in all, a pretty good buy for the dollar. But I will probably look for another hotel next trip. I don't like having to share BATH towels...ugh.
