La Quinta Inn Huntsville Madison Square Mall, Huntsville

Staff was very friendly and room was great very clean, would recommened this motel to anyone who is staying in Huntsville. We were in Huntsville for the Great Moonbuggy Races 2009 I can't wait to go back and stay there again Thank you to all who has worked hard to make this a great trip

This was the worst hotel i've stayed in. My coworker had to change rooms and when trying to call my room, was not able to get thru. They said they had my phone to another room. Also received a call at 12:20 a.m. with someone with a wrong number (thanks night clerk). The rooms are falling apart. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I travel for business and stay primarily at La Quinta hotels. I don't expect a 5-star hotel but don't expect a dive either. This hotel was a typical La Quinta, clean sheets and a friendly staff. I had to leave early in the morning and didn't get the full contintental breakfast, but they were able to give me some fruit, muffins, and coffee for the road. Good location with lots of chain restaurants around; Chili's, TGIFridays, etc. Only complaint is wireless internet was extremely slow.

The phone in my room was out of service. The walls were cracked. They need renovations. There was only one employee at the front desk, and there was always a line.

actually this was a pretty nice hotel. i've had the opportunity to stay here twice for the past two years and it wasn't that bad. the lady at the desk was real nice and she helped me out while i was watching a friends baby. She took out board games so that he would sit and play with them. the service was good too and i didn't smell any mildew. i would have to say that the last time i stayed it was HOT and the air wasn't working, so i had to endure the heat and try to sleep it off. that was tragic, but it wasn't unliveable. it was real quiet and i would recommend it to anyone who comes to Huntsville.
