we went to the swimming pool when we came back 2 our room the door was wide open no one was there, room service went in and left it open with out consent and we had a bag come up missing. maniger said that is there policy to go in wile you are not there did not care about the door left open or that something came up missing just said sorry snotty. then complained cause we went to the bathrooms at the pool so he had to put out wet signs i guess he would rather u pee in pool . the room service lady left commit on the back of our toilet in our room (commit is a very harsh cemical used for cleaning toilets) knowing we had 2 little kids my 3 yr. old brought it out to me and i went to mannager to give back and he told me well this is a motel not your home things like that happen you sould not leave kids alone so i guess at 3 they cant go potty in the same room by them selfs. a friend of ours had a room there also and he was so unsatisfide that he left early and they would not compensate him for time he was not going to be there they keept the other money that he was supposed to get back they said they would till time came so if you do stay make sure u pay for the time you are going to be able to suffer thruogh

We will stay somewhere else next time
By Donna, 10/30/06
Although the staff was very nice, the place is in disrepair. It looks like they are slowly trying to work on things. Our non-smoking room had an odor like it hadn't been used for a long time. The maintenance man promptly "fixed" the broken toilet seat & bathroom door. While there, we checked some other places in the city and for about the same price, we will stay at one of them.
