Bugs in the room and people out at all time of the night

The hotel seem to be like a run down ficer upper, the room had bugs and it really smell. It seem like people live there of know it very well.

We like this motel better than others in Commerce for the price.

We stay at this motel while traveling to and from our daughter's house. We go about every 2 or 3 months so stop here going and stop here again on the way home. We find the staff very friendly. We usually get the same room although we don't request it but we do request on the front. It is an older motel but we find it in good repair. We have stayed in a number of motels in Commerce since we have been making this trip for a number of years. We can happily say they have never lost our reservations and have always been expecting us. I have always made our reservations by phone. We have had bad experiences at other motels in the area.

disappointing

Stayed here twice, for two days each time, during the past 3 months. Both times, they didn't have my online reservation. I called ahead the second time to make sure I had a room with frig & microwave and was told that it was ready --- it wasn't when I arrived. The first stay, the sheets had old blood stains --- and the cleaning staff didn't change them during the two day stay. Determined from each visit that the staff simply made the bed when I stayed two days. Paid just under $110 each visit, which is supposively the best rate in the area.
