Quality Inn Mount Airy, Mt Airy

Nothing to like. Filthy, dusty room. Curtains melted to the window. Not 1, but 2 big spiders- 1 on bedspread and 1 on wall. Mirror barely there, peeling wallpaper in bath area, dust everywhere, carpet barely swept. Cobwebs on curtain. Worst stay of our lives at a motel. Will never return to the town of Mt Airy.

I read reviews before booking my room. The reviews were not what i saw or got. The room for very small. We had several things wrong with the room. The mirrors were dirty, the remote did work for the tv., the tub wouldn't hold water, the coffee pot was dirty.

I don't know where the other people stayed that wrote reviews for this place but, I can't believe it was here. Place was filthy, carpet not cleaned, no klenex (all boxes empty), top of shower had a plastic razor cover on top of it from a razor. Just an over all filthy room. No parking by the room had to park the next wing down because of trucks with 5th wheels pulled long ways taking up 4 and 5 spots each. The room was $89.95 not $75 as advertised on yahoo. People very rude in this area, We will not go back again and I will tell all friends who visit wineries to by-pass Mt. Airy.

This hotel was really clean and I love their dawn comforter. They have really nice new bedding with good soft pillows. Convenient location. Close to down town and at walking distance from restaurant.

cleanest i have ever stayed in. sure beats holiday inn, howard johnson or some of those other 'nice' hotels. reasonable rate. would and will definately stay here again!

Gracious, professional and helpful reservation and desk personnel; spotlessly clean room, bathroom, bed and bath linens. Breakfast foods were limited to highly refined carbohydrates; eating area was very small but was clean! Mattress pads on beds were stiff and creased and would not flatten out under the bottom sheet. Bottom sheets didn't fit well and wouldn't stay tucked in.
