The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I got hurt skiing so I tried to get a one night refund because I was leaving a day early. This is apparently and impossible task and they acted like I was stupid for asking for one. The room was also terrible. My room had water damage and it did not look like the pictures on the website. Stay away from this place. It is very close to the ski resort.

My night at the Maggie Valley Best Western was one I hope to forget; it was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The beds were as hard as the floor. The plumbing didn't work, they must have had a sell on midgit bathroom fixtures. If this is your idea of a newly remodeled room then you need someone to come in and do a QC Plan for you. This place should be closed and condemed. I STRONGLY URGE the towns people to look at closing this place, there giving the wrong impression of what this beautiful place is all about.

A really comforting place to stay!

They just renovated the hotel and it looks a lot better than the pictures. i was unsure when i saw the pics, but its completely redone. the staff is extremely nice and a really good location. it's right in the middle of maggie valley, walking distance to everything. i would go back again
