Very reasonable rates for good accomodations.

We spend three nights at the Colonial Inn and were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of this facility especially for the very reasonable price. The free wireless connections and in room refrigerator were good pluses as was the coffee waitng for us at the office at 7 AM. A coffee maker and coffee were also available in the room for our use. We were in Franklin to visit family and this was a perfect place to come at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and very accomodating. We will definitely stay here again. This is a nice and quiet hotel. Nothing fancy but nice clean rooms and frendly staff. The rates are resenable. Felt like home away from home. Will return to the colonial inn on our next trip to Franklin.
