The Sunset Motel, Brevard

This message is from the owner, Lori Roberts. All of these reviews were written way before I bought this run-down motel in April of 2011. Since that time, I've renovated most bathrooms, added free wifi, flatscreens, new beds, furniture and have added lots of 50's "retro" into the renovation. Since that time no one has reviewed my property on Yahoo but many have on the biggest travel site which I cannot mention here. Visit our website to see the changes. Can't list it here but you can search motels in Brevard NC. I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised. The rates are also some of the lowest in town starting at $59.99 for a single queen room. We also have double queen rooms, efficiencies and a very nice renovated 950 sq ft cabin on our wooded back acre.

My stay there was horriable! The beds were hard,and the bathrooms...the tile was falling off the walls. And dont get the kitchenetts they were far from clean and they have ROACHES!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accomadated our every need. I would stay there when i go back to Brevard North Carolina.

Very friendly place. Worked with us while we were there for my grandmother while she was passing. Accomidated us in almost every possiable way to help with the loss of my grandmother. There was 7 of us and we were there for almost 3 weeks. Thank you Sunset Motel.

I enjoyed staying at the Sunset Motel because it was close to downtown and was a good value for the money. If you want somewhere clean and inexpensive the Sunset Motel is a good place to go in Brevard. This is coming from someone who lived in this city.
