You get what U pay for
By I tried it, 6/18/09
Filthy-disgusting-sheets were used-no blanket-had to use bed spread, tar & nicotine dripping down the walls-carpet torn in several spots-very small room-just re-hung my towels from morning shower (were still wet!!) I found this place on-line-and arrived late at night-couldn't locate anything nearer, had a meeting next two days...so... next time I'll drive/stay in Rochester !!!

AWFUL SMELL
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/6/07
FIrst thing you notice when you open your room door is a smell as if someone has died in your room and been left there for days.

gross
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/14/06
Gross and smelly are the only words that come to mind. Its to bad as the college is very close and ther are not a lot of places to stay in the immediate area.I truly could not wait to check out and will never check in again!!!!!!!

The Bates Motel Is Better
By Gary, 7/14/05
An absolute dump. The outside facade is falling apart. The carpet was a home for small red ants. The toilet was loose. The towel rack was loose. Nothing seemed to get cleaned properly. Dead insects covered the bottom of the bathroom light fixture. Avoid it if you can.

The worst I have stayed in...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/04
First, when we walked in to the room it smelled strongly of mold. When we looked up we saw that the ceiling had mold on it. We had to leave the window open to tolerate the smell. The carpet appeared dirty and had stains on it. The wallpaper was peeling. The ceiling had stains on it. The bathroom ceiling appeared to have been poorly repaired and the light fixture had many bugs in it. The mold and the dirty carpet were the worst things we had to deal with. We could have coped with the other smaller issues.
