The Brae Loch Inn, Cazenovia

I love the total feel of the Brae Loch Inn. It has such classy art on the walls, romantic lighting and great Celtic CDs playing on the BOCE radio. The food is always fabulous and the prices are affordable. The service is second to none and it is the the best restaurant in town (for me at least!).

The Brae Loch Inn is located at a beautiful and convenient setting. It is on the corner of the main street through town and Lake Cazenovia. I enjoyed the homey atmosphere provided by the old inn with its plaid and stately Scottish interior design. The Tempur-pedic mattresses were lovely and the room was very cozy and comfortable. This inn will definitely appeal to someone who enjoys something with charm without all the fuss of a large hotel.

I had a chance to stay at the Brae Loch on many occassions and enjoyed my visit everytime. Close proxsimity to the lake and town makes for a perfect location.

I love the Brae Loch - my daughter and I stay there frequently - probably in the last four or five years we have stayed there at least six or seven times. They are our Cazenovia family. My daughter and I are former Cazenovians so it just like home to us - The food is great and the bartenders superb - everybody is friendly and ready to help - no matter what time of night it is. Laurie and I have reservations there in the next month or two and we can't wait to sit around the fireplace having our coffee and scones with any or all of the Barr family (Jim and Valerie Barr are the proprietors). I'm sitting here in West Palm Beach thinking about "Lazy Man's Lobster" and a Cosmopolitan (best drinks) or possible a "real" old-fashioned.
