Motel 6, Albany

We spent 4 nights there only because there was nowhere else available. We had 4 people in our room and had to ask for towels everyday. One day no one even made our beds or emptied our trash. The check in person over charged us after we had made our reservation on line. When she corrected it she never apologized. I don't know what the person is talking about who said they had breakfast. There was no breakfast and you were lucky if there was any coffee in the lobby. No clocks in the room so bring your own. No coffee makers or hair dryers in room either. We will not go back to this hotel.

The motel was very easily located off of the freeway using Yahoo maps. Room was cleaned and smelled good (non smoking). The tub didn't drain very quickly during a shower but that was a minor flaw. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place for just sleeping, which is what we wanted. Also stayed in a Motel 6 the following night in another state, also very nice. I'll always look for a Motel 6 first when traveling.
