Rodeway Inn Orleans, Orleans

The rooms are scary with mildew smells and ants. The tubs are nasty. I thought I was going to catch something from staying there!

I just wanted to stay that we booked our trip through hotels.com bad idea so anyways when we got to the hotel we found out that the room we booked through hotels.com was not a pet friendly room and we would have to change rooms. After explaining to Tina Patel how upset we were she went above and beyond her means to make sure we got our room. Because of Tina and all she did for us we will being making this our sole hotel down the cape. Thank You again Tina hope to see you soon!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed at the Orleans Holiday Motel for a couple nights, the service was great! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location of the motel is great, it's near resaurants, and everything is in walking distance. The staff was nice and friendly. I am coming back in July!

We stayed 9/07, in the rear building. Under new "management" again, and they were not friendly at all. We stayed 5 nights. Our room was not clean when we arrived, and was not cleaned while we were there...no clean sheets, no vacuming. Towels were threadbare and the bathroom had black mildew, and the tub backed up with water and didn't drain. I brought this to the owners attention but no effort was made to clean the mold or fix the drain. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, blankets were old, carpet stained. No amenities incl. no coffee maker or micro wave or DVD player. We had no table in our room. They also played games with price. Our neighbors at the unit, had friends who stayed in the same room we had, a week earlier and paid $110. We both were charged $135 plus tax put it at $150 a night!!! The continental breakfast offering was of poor quality. It does have a great location. The whole place is run down.

Although the location was good and it was the only place with vacancy, the rooms were extremely out of date, smelled old and musty, and the bathrooms were filthy and the floors sticky. The biggest drawback was no AC!! There was no ventilation and we were all forced to sleep in musty old air. Would definitely never stay here again!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. The motel is accessible to lots of beautiful beaches, and just around the corner from a gorgeous bike trail which shoots up the cape through wetlands, rustling trees, and several heartbreaking lakes and ponds.

my husband and I came here for our anniversary, vacation, we are senior citizens and I can't praise this motel enough. the room was hugh, and bright , it had every modern convinence. the staff was very friendly. The location is the best on the whole island. everything is in close range of the motel. We stayed for 4 days, wish we could have stayed longer. the whole vacation was so relaxing. I would recommend this motel to anyone who wants a memerable time.we plan on comming back next year. Jo and Ron

The new mangement has made great changes some new rooms renovated and the place is really comfortable. We only wanted to stay one night but stayed two more, the staff is very accomodating and we really enjoyed the location. Price is right and would retun again next year.

I took my children to this motel last summer. It definitely had several things going for it - namely the absolutely terrific location and the large heated pool. The kids and I never got back in the car once we arrived - everything we needed was within walking distance - we ate breakfast next door and dinner across the street. There was also a great ice cream place and a Christmas Tree Shop around the corner. The drawback was the room itself - the furniture was outdated and the room was extremely dark. However, since we were in the pool 90% of the time it wasn't as much of an issue that it might have been under different circumstances. It did look like they were redecorating a bunch of the rooms during our stay - I will be checking this summer to see if this is correct and if so, we will definitely be making a return trip!

Our stay at this Motel was wonderful. Our small children loved the large, heated pool. We were able to walk to many Orleans attractions--great ice cream, seafood, shops and galleries are right here. The complimentary pontoon boat shuttle to the beach was a high point for the whole family. Rooms are clean and quite. Mattresses are firm and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and helpful. We'll stay here again.
