Comfort Inn Suites Brandywine, West Chester

I used the online reservation system which was fast and easy. The parking lot was well lit, with lots of spots available directly across from the front door. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was very pretty and spotless, even the corners in the bathroom! I was pleased to find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, as well as the usual coffeemaker and toiletries. The room setup and size was very nice, heat worked immediately, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The continental breakfast the next morning was great and was constantly refreshed by someone who seemed to enjoy her job and was very friendly. My stay was wonderful, and I would go out of my way to stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is in desperate need of a course in Customer Service relations. If we had a choice we would have left. The front desk attendant actually reduced me to tears. Not only was he rude but he frankly could care less if we left or not. My family has never been treated so poorly at a hotel. Please think twice before staying here.

It was a very nice room and the staff is quite helpful. Breakfast offers many choices. We like this hotel and are planning to stay there again in the near future.

We found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and willing to do whatever they could to make our stay nice. We had a death in the family and we very tired when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was extensive.

My son and I stayed in this hotel 01-9-09 the morning we left it was snowing and we had 1285 miles to drive when we checked out my son left his wallet in the desk drawer. We were half way across Virginia when he realized he had left his wallet we called and was told we would have to send a box and a return label We stopped and sent a next day air envelope inside a next day air envelope to get his wallet as soon as possible 2 days later I called and was told the package was waiting for UPS to pick up. Two days later I called and was told package was still at hotel. When I ask if UPS had been called to schedule a pick up they told me it was my responcibility to do this 5 days later I explained I did not have the address and asked if someone could do it I was told the book said they did not have to do it and I would have to do it. I told her Let's not try and help out a customer or anything

They did not include ammenities advertised, and when questioned, they laughed in our faces.

They put us in a handicapped room. Lied to us. Placed the blame on the travel agent for their poor service and attitude.No clean sheets or towels. promised one thing and then lied to us, corporate owners and travel agent Would never stay at this particular place again

stayed there last weekend. ordered 2 cosmopolitans. charged me $18/drink. bartender said she put 2 shots in the drinks. aside from the fact that i never asked her too, there was definitley not two shots in there. Told the manager and he was arrogant. will never stay there again.

I arrived in West Chester Area and it was late in the night. I was going to hotel to hotel,in the are no rooms availabe. This hotel they had room. This hotel is limited service bu it was a great Stay.

My family and I arrived on 10-26-07 and our first room had a leaking toilet and smelled like urine of which was obviously overlooked. However, we were provided with great assistance to move into another room of which had a faulty smoke detector- of which i had fixed- (since i am a fireman anyway.) The air conditioners in our room & my parents room were both cleaned by myself because they were so clogged the air could barely come out of them. The worst was when i went in my parents room (119) of which had a musty/ mildew smell. Upon investigation of the smell, i found some water damaged walls with toxic spores, mold, & fungus of which should be addressed immediately. The public health department should at least investigate.
