We were told we were given a room with a "smaller" bathroom when we made the reservation. We arrived at 1:30 am and were exhausted from the trip and too tired to fight. First, the employee wouldn't give us the key to the room, (he said it was the only one he had?), then when we persisted, he gave it reluctantly. The room had dirt caked on the moldings and burn holes in everything. The bathroom was smaller than a normal closet and the shower stall was stained with soap scum and rust. When we complained to management in the morning, they gave us a whopping $20 off the room. Big deal. I will NEVER stay here again.
