RSL Glenara Motel, Lakes Entrance

Arrived,not expecting much as price really good for pensioners on a budget,travelling by train and coach,suprised and happy to find the coach stop close to accomadation,while the rooms are old,they are very clean,good comfy bed and pillows. Across the road is fishing and tour boats. Friendly staff,excellent value meals,both chinese and aussie meals. Close to shops,including macca's and safeway. Even had bingo on at rsl,where we stayed on the wednesday afternoon,good friendly welcome. While there are more upmarket motels,for those on a budget and wanting clean reasonable priced accomadation,hard to beat the glenara rsl,we will be back and have recommended this place to friends.
