Avari Lahore, Lahore

Avari is undoubtedly,one of the best hotels in Lahore, the food quality is superb nice & clean environment,rooms are comfortable & the rates are comparable to other similar hotels in Asia.We tried the dinner at "KIM's" & it was great & the service was very good.Unlike other places in Asia (e.g Malaysia) where the waiters do not even smile at you!

Price was TOOOO higher than service. Room was so small, there were 2,3 mosquitos in the room. Next time I`ll never stay. Only lobby is nice. Avari seems nice hotel for wedding, party for local pakistani.

The Avari was really nice when I was in Lahore in 2005. Very clean room, well appointed, and they even have snacks and sodas in the hallways when you get home at night (after work for me). A BIG plus is the setback from the street-this is Pakistan after all and you can't be too secure. All in all a really great hotel.

CLEANING STANDARDS NOT UP TO THE STANDARD THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.ROOMS NOT AS GOOD AS THE OTHER INTERNATIONAL 4 OR 5 STAR HOTELS.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Im surprised it is advertised as wheelchair accessible. I was there in 2004 for tea with friends. To get in there was a very steap ramp on a side which inspite of having strong arms I could not do without the help of security guy. Toilets were not accessible at all. I had to leave to door open because my wheelchair could not get in. They have reserved parking space for disabled drivers at the front though. Staff didnt have a clue about the concept of accessibility. Hope things have improved now. Would love to know if they have.

I think it is one of the best hotel in pakistan.In 2004 I stay in Pearl continental lahore, Hotel overall service was good except japanese restaurant, also some problem in the airconditioning system. This time I stay in Avari Hotel for couple of days, I found it is better than PC.

This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of Lahore. My wife and I stay frequently. Excellent service, very nice staff and a nice breakfast buffet. Hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did.

it provides unmatched personalized services and the staff is very friendly, helpful can go out of the way to satisfy the guest....their main aim is to have satisfied customers not the profit.

Lots of charm. Very clean. Room is a little small but nice and comfortable. Staff is plentiful, sometimes overwhelming for foreigners. Restaurants are fine. Pool and (small) gym are nice to have. Price is fair even if some room rate charges are sometimes hidden, american style - some things are an extra charge and there is a room tax. The hotel is slowly getting old - they are renovating one restaurant, but I would like to see more modernization throughout... Location is perfect. I would certainly return.

Have stayed at the Avari many times at least 21 nights each visit. Have found staff to be very heplful and polite but then as a family so are we. Enjoyed the amenities my 4 year old is treated like a princess and my wife is treated like a queen. I am accorded the respect which I deserve as I am a very respectful person myself and treat others as I would like to be treated. The management at the hotel are very competent and the front desk staff are very professional and courteous and very friendly. I have made a lot of good friends at the Avari. We really enjoy the afternoon tea and breakfasts. Good television service if you enjoy live premiership football. The Avari Lahore is a good experience from booking to airport pick up right through our holiday. Keep it up!!!
