We spent two days at this luxurious hotel. After traveling through India staying at 5 star hotels, this hotel was truly, truly 5 stars. From the minute we checked in, the staff was amazing. We had the privilege of staying in a suite and it was breath taking. The room was fantastic - very elgantly done up with cosy sitting areas & a lovely view of the lush gardens. The property is huge and has a world class spa called Kaya Kalp. A day at this spa is a must if you are in Agra! Its an award winning spa and rightfully so. Do try the Indian food at Peshawri & you'll become a fan of this cuisine for the rest of your life..!

The aervice is top rate - gives added value to the hotel. the observation deck at dawn offers unforgettable experience with fresh air,plants, lots of birds, and good view of Agra. But wait till you see the 99,000 sq ft spa-unbelievable! check out for offers with spa services. enjoy!

the hotel is so beautiful and the staff here is excellent, very warm and caring towards all your needs.there are 5 restaurants to cater to different cuisines. a huge garden at the back makes for great viewing and the pool is there to relax you whenever you want. must say it was a wonderful experience at 'THE MUGHAL'.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights because of the Taj Room View at extra price ....ended up seeing only Taj Minarets and Gumbaz from the room .Rest is all blocked by the new constructions of local folks that blocks full Taj View . In view of this as a 5 star property they should be honest in not selling the exclusive 11 rooms with extra prices for Taj View. Unable to see Taj ,except by ghoing there personally had to check out from the hotel in 24 hours to save oneself from paying extra for no Taj View! Otherwise excellent hospitality

i loved the staff and there pampering they really made my kids feel like a family they were good and mademy anniversay most memorable.the music in the lobby was so good that my kids danced and had cool masti.pool and serving drinks on rocks was class

Sheraton has never been a disappointment. It gave me a fine reputation to live upto. In all sense, an unforgettable experience! Keep up the good work.

Upon check in they figured out they were not able to accomodate us in one room although our internet reservation put us all in one room so they gave us an extra room. I only found out that they wanted to charge us for that extra room on check out. I told them no I wasn't paying for the extra room. After arguing for an hour they finally admitted they made a mistake, and now wanted to negotiate for the room! I told them I wasn't out on the street and they had sealed their fate by admitting the mistake. Now they wanted my credit card (which they hadn't asked for on check-in) and I again refused. Hmmm, Prepaid reservation with Yahoo already paid for. At one point I threw $ for dinner and walked out only to find out they had called security. Manager said he has my credit card number which he did on the reservation and could charge me whatever he wanted. I said go ahead and I will fight it with card company. Thank goodness I was in my own car and wasn't making a bus wait for me but we were still delayed over an hour which didn't make for happy kids. The 1 hour complimentary massage was also difficult to arrange.
