I was given a rate of 180 plus taxes...and still the room was so tiny. If I had paid that amt and stayed in a hotel back home (USA)..wud have been worth it... but too pricey. Food was good though!

This hotel is average. The food is good. But, I do not really like the fact tht the swimming pool is always close. I visited the hotel twice and it was closed both times. But, the rooms are not that bad. The Credit Card machine had problems on both occasions I went. I am trying The Imperial next.

Its a great experience of my whole life when i was stayed in the le meridian hotel at new delhi. It has providing all the facilities but like in a room service, porters, reception desk and cashier desk and evenly the business center coordinators r work for u very happly but not without good tips. The suites are very costly and the space acoording to them are not . The front office staff behave very rudely and i found some of the reception staff in the night drunk the whisky. The rooms are looking very shabby and in a bad condition.

i like so much this hotel for his workers cuz they give the best duty on them possible for make pple smile and coming back soon i love too much this place cuz that's give me a good way to having fun the architecture of this hotel is very impressive the loby is so beautiful and good place i like it the pple working there are very professionnel the house keeping departement is very fully professionnel and they have a good way to cleaning this hotel i really wanna go again on this hotel i love the pple working in business area especially Miss Kanika last time she do the best for making me laugh

My family and I stayed in The Le Meridien Delhi in December 2005 for 3 nights. The rooms were modern, luxurios and beautiful. the staff were friendly and helpful. The beakfast was fantastic. All in all a great hotel - Will definately go back the next time I am in Delhi.

v visited the coffee shop on the 1st of nov sunday 2009 for dinner,may b after many years since v do not stay close to the hotel. r son who is only 10 yrs old deciced on hvg the buffet. it was shocking to know that he was charged rs 2000 for it for hvg only 1pc of chicken n 1pc of fish with a few pc of watermelon as the desert. the staff was absolutely unhelpful. wld like to bring to yr notice that v as a family r very well travelled outside india n take r children out for dinner/ lunch every sunday n there has been no hotel in or outside india which charge full rates for the children buffet. v r a club card member of hyatt n all there restaurants hv separates rates for kids meal as well as all hotels outside india too even the 4 seasons hotel. very disappiontg n wld never want to cm again here. staff needs to b more refined not polished at all . they were least apologitic , awfull experience.

Where to begin? I booked a $170 club level, non-smoking room. When I arrived, I was informed that there were no non-smoking club level rooms available. So I was placed in a regular room ... at the club level price. No negotiation. Then there was the construction. Currently, the hotel is undergoing renovation, and construction lasts until 9 or 9:30 depending upon who you ask. Regardless, if you like listening to drill and hammers until 9:30 at night, this is the hotel for you. When I complained, the staff offered to move me to a room that is out of earshot of the construction. When I complained to the duty manager, then the manager, I received no reply. Customer comfort is not important to the staff here. Finally, I was appalled to find the the hotel gym is smaller than my room. Three running machines, an exercise bike, and a weight set. That's it. Oh, and the pool was closed. Invariably, the staff was rude, and I swear I smelled liquor on the breath of several of them. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have visited 29 countries, and this is the worst so-called "luxury hotel" experience that I have ever had. THE WORST.
