Comfort Suites Hilliard, Hilliard

We stayed 2 nights here for a business trip. The room was booked wrong even though I had called the night before to check. The hot tub was green. The clerk said that was normal..yuck. The clerks were slovenly and chained smoked outside the hotel .They were there every time we went outside. The elevator was filty and the towels by the pool were yellowish white and hard.The mall area around this hotel was almost deserted with the majority of stores closed down. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone...
