SECURITY RISK! DON'T STAY HERE!

Someone tried to enter our room on 12/23/04 at 7:00 in the morning -- they used a key card and opened the door, but we had the metal safety latch on, so the door only opened a few inches. I immediately called the office, they said it may have been the maid service, but why would they be coming into our room at that time? If it wasn't the maid service, who else had a key to our room? I consider this a severe security risk to anyone staying at this hotel. The managers (Ray and Mauna Shea) were not available at 7:00 am. At 10:00 am, the desk didn't know where they were. I left a note with my contact information at the desk requesting them to call to discuss the issue, but they never did.
