Quality Inn East, Knoxville

We had three rooms, including a handicapped room, for a church group. The good complaints outweigh the bad. The rooms were very clean, with lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had asked for rooms that did not "face the interstate", and we got what we asked for. I, myself, think it is one of the best motels I've ever stayed at. However, some of the other ladies had some minor complaints. The lady in the handicapped room said that she could not get in and out of that tub, so maybe there should be another type of bath-tub or shower. Also, she said the pillows were too small, she used three pillows, and that still wasn't enough. One of the rooms did not have enough wash-clothes, and they had to get more from front desk. Also, by the time some of the ladies arrived at breakfast, they had to eat "what was left", for the staff did not maintain the food, so some wanted waffles, but had none. I, myself, went to breakfast earlier, and had a delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety to choose from, with waffles, biscuits & gravy, hot or cold cereal, toast, danish, bagels, yogurt, milk, juice, and coffee. Maybe the "late breakfast arrivals" should have complained to the front desk. I was very pleased with this motel, and will stay there again next year when I take the senior adults from church to Knoxville.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was very pleased with front desk service. My room was very clean, starting from bedsheets to bathtub. Room cleaned after my 1st night stay was also done very well by their housekeper. Breakfast bar was well organised and was kept well maintained throughout the breakfast hours. I had terrific time during my stay. Qaulity Inn,I am definately coming back if I am in this area.

We had a block of 25 rooms at this very fine hotel for our Doll & Bear Show Vendors in August 2007. They were all very pleased so we booked it again for 2008. Everything was perfect. Great rooms. Great staff. Great Breakfast. Great rates. Close to our Show at Chilhowee Park, at The Zoo. You won't find a better hotel or a better rate in Knoxville. Great places to eat at that exit as well.

The Hotel owners are new and aggresive in keeping it clean and maintaining the clean rooms for customer satisfaction. Breakfast is nice for the whole family with freshly brewed coffee in the lobby.
