Comfort Inn Ozark, Ozark

I asked them if I could block out some rooms under my name for a family reunion so we could stay in close proximity. They said sure and just needed my credit card to hold the rooms. they never indicated I was reserving the rooms and I got no reservation number. an hour later the same day I told them I didn't need the rooms. I got no cancellation number nor did I think I needed one. If they were really canceling a reservation I should have gotten a number. When the day came and went, I found that they were charging me for the 10 rooms. the manager refused to talk to me even though I have copies of the phone records showing the two placed calls. Just letting folks know about this hotel.

we had a great stay, wehad comfy beds and nice clean room ...we had a very good breakfast !! staff was very friendly to us !! will be back again.this was our second time to stay here,pool area is really nice and clean !! we will be back there again

LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS NOT A GREAT STAY, IT WAS AWFUL. FIRST OF ALL OUR DOOR HANDLE WAS BROKE AND SECOND OF ALL THE TOILET WAS NOT RIGHT. MY SON USED IT ABOUT 10:00 PM AND IT OVERFLOWED LOTS OF WATER IN THE FLOOR WAY OUT INTO OUR ROOM AND WE WENT AND TOLD THE STAFF AS THEY WERE EATING PIZZA, THEY DIDNT SHOW SO WENT BACK AND TOLD THEM AGAIN HOW SERIOUS THIS WAS AND FINALLY THEY CAME AND THEY SEEN IT WAS BAD. IT EVEN DRIPPED DOWN INTO THE LOBBY AREA FROM THE CEILING AND INTO ANOTHER PERSONS ROOM I ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANOTHER ONE VACANT AND I SAID WHAT ABOUT GIVING MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SAID NO REFUNDS THEY WOULD CLEAN IT AND PUT TOWELS DOWN FOR US TO WALK ON YUCK IT WAS SO NASTY AND VERY UNSANITARY AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE. IT WAS 12:30 PM BEFORE WE EVER GOT BACK INTO OUR ROOM AND I HAD LITTLE KIDS ALSO AND WE WERE SO TIRED. IT STUNK SO BAD. ROOM 211 ITS GROSS!!!!!

This location was a little confusing to get to, since it is behind a QT. It is close to Lambert's Cafe. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was friendly and quick.

Room was very clean.It had a great breakfast. Will stay again went back in that city. Everyone there was very friendly.It was also close to the stained glass theatre. The price was great for the room.

The hotel served our purpose of a good nights rest for a good price. The place was neat and clean, front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not use the pool due to our scheduling, others did. The only difficulty we had was trying to find the right 20th street to turn onto. Quik-Trip is within a quick walking distance.
