Extremely rude and unprofessional. I attempted to use a groupon type of coupon that I purchased earlier in the year. I made the reservation then drove to my destination and checked in. While I was unpacking the rude clerk lady came and toldme that they were not going to honor my coupon and the price was 180 + per night. They could have done this on the phone. If I am going to pay 180+ per night I don't want it to be a dump. The room smelled like old cigarettes and the thermostat did not work on the heater. BUt the worse thing was the customer service. Never will I go there again.

We stayed on a deal we got for a jacuzzi suite. The state parks in the area are closed because of the current government shutdown, but we thought we would keep the reservation instead of change it, partially to enjoy the jacuzzi. Well, the jacuzzi in the room didn't work. I told the person at the front desk. He said he couldn't do anything about it. He said I already had a cheap rate and there was nothing to be done. It appeared that he already knew the jacuzzi in that room did not work. Please don't advertise a special and then not follow through with your part of the deal.
