no compassion

my husband was trying to reach me concerning our childs health. it was late and our 2 year old had been put in the hospital. no matter how many times he called and even told them the situation just because it was after 11pm they would not allow him to contact my room. i had no cell phone or any other way to make contact. my son ended up in the icu for one week.

we stayed in a large group at the days inn in october and in one of the rooms there were bugs in the bed....we don't know if they were bed bugs or what but other than that one incident it is a beautiful hotel and there were no other problems
