A Beach Retreat On Casey Key, Nokomis

We stayed just before and during the 4th of July. We absolutely loved it. Enjoyed the remodeled room with all the kitchen amenities and being able to grill out on their numerous gas grills. No high rises, just a few beach resorts and the fabulous homes along Casey Key. We took our bikes and enjoyed riding along the key. The beaches were right outside our door and every morning we sat and had our coffee/breakfast and enjoyed the gulf breeze and views. We booked for next year and would recommend to anyone whose looking for a lay-back clean resort vacation.

wow, just what we were looking for ! service was great and very comfortable. we didn't mind getting our towels and providing for our own needs.the beach was awesome and we even saw seaturtles.we will back often as possible.loved it !!!!

The beaches are private, and the rooms are clean..CAN'T WAIT TILL MY NEXT VISIT ! the staff are very friendly,,very pleased with my stay , fishing was great and the rooms have just about anything you would need in the kitchen..very nice

This was the first time staying here. We really enjoy are stay. They were very friendly at check in and at check out went very smoothly. Met some very nice people while we were there, very quite if you just want to relax. Did lots of fishing in are boat, was nice because it was just out the back door. We are looking forward to going back this year and are older children and there family's are going as well. Are room was very clean, and what I like about it, no one comes into your room to clean unless you ask for it. You do have to go get clean towels and bathroom items if you didn't bring your own. So it is just like being at Home. So if you want someone to wait on you. Find some other lodging. This place is for people who don't want to be bothered.

This was a great place. The room was nice and clean. A great price. The family had a great time. Plenty of places to fish. Great location. The beach was not crowded like most beaches. Can't wait to go back next year.

The staff was very friendly. It may not be the Ritz, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. This was money well spent. The kids had a blast and I think the location was superb for the price. We are planning our vacation and will be staying here again!

It's not a palace but it's a honest price for a unique location...We love Natalie and Greg,they always make us feel very welcome! We have been coming for 8 years now and hope nobody finds it.

This place is great, people are very nice and the private beach is beautiful. Can't wait to go again

I would not recommend this motel. Rented 2 bedroom unit during hurricain. The day before hurricain the room rented for $129.00 they charged us $189.00 with a 3 night min. The room was very dirty and smelled really really bad! We had to have them come in to spray for ants. We could only handle one night. It was a waste of $600.00.

Good things, Location, location, location. now for the bad things, no phone in room. guest service only from 9-6 unable to get towels after check in. toilet not bolted to the floor. check out early do to poor conditions, was refused refund for the remaining night. the hotel was told that the room was unservicable, they then proceeded to rent it out that night to a new customer. they where paid by the new client for the night that I was not using and they still refused to refund the unused night. now about the bed, let's put it this way, it feels like the bed was new when the hotel was new, in 1955. there was no padding letf on the springs. There for I could not get a good nights sleep, was unable to use the toilet and had to use a hand towel after my shower. would you want to spend another night in a place like this even if it is on the beach.
