Most Horrible place in Montgomery
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/03/08
Majority of the cleaning staff do horrible jobs. You can distinctly tell when a new person cleans the room. One girl Sherry did a wonderful job but I could tell when she had a day off because it was not clean after they serviced the room. The staff overall were rude at every turn. There were a couple of people that were nice. Tammie a cleaning lady got things taken care of when I aproached her about my room. She was the most curtious of the staff I met whil staying there. Next time I will stay at the Marriott across the street!

Nice setting, Horrible service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/07/08
We recently visited the Embassy due to a soccer match. The setting was great, the food was OK, but the service & quality was awful. The breakfast glasses, after looking at the first 8, still had lipstick marks around the rim or orange juice pulp dried on the inside. We thought we were able to use our refrigerator, to our dismay, we woke up and found out our food was spoiled due to the refrigerator not working. I informed the c.s. clerk about this and he was like, Oh well. I had my laptop plugged in to charge so we would have it for the ride home, also to find, the plug didn't work. (Realized this on the way home)We knew other people who stayed in less expensive hotels in the area and they had a much better experience and was satisfied. The next time we go back to Montgomery, we will be looking for a nicer hotel!

Best hotel in Montgomery
By E, 05/31/07
very nice clean, spacious suites...almost felt like home. Fridge in the room was very useful to us. Air conditioning was very cool, so be sure to bring a cardigan or light jacket (May). The only bad thing I have to say is that there was no high speed internet/wireless connection in any of the suites. It was not working the time I was there. However, the business center was open and guests can use the Internet there. Breakfast buffet is super. You will definitely enjoy your stay at this hotel.

Wonderful Stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/22/06
I will return. I was there only to escape from every day life. Embassy Suites had almost everything I needed to make that escape even better. I used the Fitness Center, the sauna, enjoyed manager's reception (they need two bartenders to handle the crowd) and the breakfast was fabulous. I've stayed many places all over the US and Mexico. This place was my kind of place to run away to.

Best of Montgomery!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/05/05
I had a great experience... In comparison to the other hotels available, this was by far, one of the best in the city. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a safe hotel, good location, great service, and a clean and self-sufficient hotel with anything you could ever need.

Great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/21/05
I have to say that this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everyone was polite and courteous, and knew my name. The food was delicious, although we did have to wait a while on our food at night. It was clean and the whole experience was wonderful. The next time I'm in Mongtomery, I'm staying there.
