Best Western Plus Palm Court Hotel, Davis

I stayed at this hotel in September 2011. It was not a good stay, although memorable. For 2 nights, I had no air conditioning. The staff was slow to respond and at times annoyed by my requests, even though I was the one put out. They were booked, so I was stuck. They gave me a best western gift certificates for two free nights stay. I tried to use these and best western would not honor them, stating that they are only good at the location that gave them to me. I will never use a best western again and highly recommend you think twice before you do so as well.
