Great Stay!

My husband and I just wanted to get away and celebrate each other. It was our first stay at the Marriott and was very pleased from beginning to end. The atmosphere in the hotel was whatever you needed it to be; romantic for two, evening/night out, family & fun, etc. The staff everywhere we entered was courteous and very helpful. Our oceanview room was absolutely picturesque! Simply beautiful. The room wasnt a chateau elan but it was worth the price. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Both sleeping area and bathroom area were clean and attractive. We loved the location of hotel. Convenient to other restaurants & venues. Also, about 15 mins from Old San Juan...I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends!!

Best On The Island

This was my first time staying at the Marriott in SJU. Normally I stay at the Hilton but I wanted to try a new hotel and I was over joyed. From check-in through check-out I was treated as a royal guest. The food, the staff and the location is prime. There are quite a few restaurants along their street but I highly recommend Bar Gitano. My only issue was the security staff were not friendly, also I had two charges to my bill but it was corrected in a matter of minutes. One thing you will love is the entertainment the hotel offers on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The casino is nice (I won 3500.00) the atmosphere is so energetic. If you need a car a Hertz desk is in the hotel but I would suggest a cab for visiting old San Juan. Bravo Marriott for a job well done. You've made this Gold member a regular on your island.

Beach, Clean, Fun, Good Price!

This Hotel was awesome! It was super clean, my room was cleaned everyday sometimes twice a day they never interrupted or disturbed me at all. The lobby has an awesome night life with a great bar and casino. THey have dancers and the occasional fashion show! The pool and jacuzzi were really nice.. not the best pool compared to some of the other hotels in area.. but still really nice! The beach acess and service is great there! I recommend getting a room facing the ocean w/ a balcony! It is super relaxing at night to go out and look & listen to the ocean! This hotel is also on Ashford Ave. which has an awesome nightlife! Walk down the the La Concha Hotel and walk across the grassy field to the left and go eat at the restraunet the left of the grassy field.. Conceitalindo! IT IS TO DIE FOR! All in all it was an amazing hotel that I would recommend for any group or type of people going to San Juan!

It's a Must!

Went for my 25th birthday, and it was absolutely beautiful! This hotel was perfect, especially if its your first time visiting. Its about 10mins away from the airport and there are a lot of great restaurants just across the street, around the area, and a 24hr wallgreens to the right. Old San Juan was about 15-20mins away. The rain forest is about 45 mins away. The whole experience was unbelievable! Every where we went, the food was amazingly good! In the casino there's this little chinese restaurant that opens around 6pm and closes at 3am. IT was excellent!!!! Then there's the beach right there in the hotel's back yard which is perfect! Our room was on the 4th floor with a ocean view, and a balcony. Swam every night in the pool, showered, got dress, went down stairs for some dancing and live music in the lobby, then ate at the very delicious restaurants. It's very clean, and everyone is just so friendly! LOVED it so much, I can't wait to go back and visit! If you haven't been here, it's a MUST!

Great room, great location, awesome view!

I loved my room: I was on the 11th floor (out of 20, I believe) and had a fantastic view of the ocean! Plus, all the rooms have a balcony with 2 chairs and table, which was so relaxing! The Marriott is right on the beach so you can hang out in the ocean or at the pool. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, plus several more within walking distance. It's in a good location, not far from Old Town. And they use bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc ;-)

Wonderful beyond words!

We were in one of the garden suites that opened on the gorgeous pool area and faced the ocean. I was concerned about noise, but never had a problem. Each morning the view was breathtaking, the food was great, the service impeccable. Our room was always sparkling clean when we returned after spending the day off exploring and shopping. We will definitely be back! The San Juan Marriott was everything you would expect from a Marriott, and more.

Can't wait to go back!

I looooooved this hotel! I'm a manager with a nation wide security company and I must say I was very impressed with how security was very sharp with making sure we made it to our rooms safely. Also, the alll you can eat breakfast was fantastic. This is a 5 star with alot of class!

Great Hotel, Price and Location

I recently stayed 4 days at the San Juan Marriott. The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious, nice decorated, and very clean. I trully recommend this hotel to anyone, beautiful pool, great location (Condado District) over all a very nice place to stay in. Go for it and book it.
