Econo Lodge Inn and Suites Richardson, Richardson

First of all i made a reservation for a non-smoking room. When we get there they only had a smoking room. so i took it, because it was a little late to search for another place to stay. I get in the room and the smell was awful, so i opened the window to see if some fresh air would help but it did't. carpet had some nasty stains. But the worse part was when we pull the covers from the bed to get ready to go to sleep, the sheets where dirty, they had stains and had hairs and they smelled bad. so i called the office and i get no answer. so i go down to the office and i had to ring the bell for about 5 minutes before the guy came out and asked me what can he do for me. I told him about the sheets and pillows being all dirty and stained he told me that he was going to see if he had a clean sheet he can give me and he told me if i needed something else to let his supervisor know in the morning. If it hadn't been night time i would had searched for another place to stay. I spoke with the manager in the morning and these where his words "lady do good job clean room" I was puzled and just walked out. I do not recomend this place to anybody.
