repeat customers!

My family moved from the midwest to Washington, DC, several years ago, and when we travel back and forth to visit friends and family, we always stay at this hotel. We know we will always have a nice room, friendly staff, nice breakfast, and the kids can have fun in the pool. Also nice is the Cracker Barrel right next door! On one trip, we had booked a suite, and upon our arrival, we were told the sink had been broken by the previous guests,so we were given two complimentary rooms. ( We needed both to accomadate all our kids). They offered the rooms to me before I had a chance to say a word!
We have been staying here off and on over the last 8 years, and it is nice to pull into a familar place at the end of a long day's drive.
