Best Western Bennettsville, Bennettsville

I recently stayed at the location in Bennettsville. I had been told by other patrons that if you let the staff know that you would be coming to the area multiple times to stay that you would receive a discount. I informed the staff at check-in and was told I would have to speak with the manager in the morning. I did as I was told to do, not only had I been over charged for the night that I had already paid for but the manager snickered at me when I asked about a reduced rate stating that the person who had told me this was lying. I informed her it was another guest and her own staff. She stated it wasn't true. I then spoke with another guest that was staying at this locale, who had 3 adults and 3 children in their room and paid $10.00 less for the same night stay. I do not understand how the rate for one adult can be more than 3 adults and 3 children. Otherwise, the facility was clean and well equipped befitting a Holiday Inn facility. I would have loved to stay there every other week but due to the way the rates were handled I will not stay at this facility in the future.
