Love the rooms, staff was nice, food is very tasty.

Stayed at the hotel for a conference and the weekend I stayed was a huge Jewish event..Certain areas were no entrance for normal guests..The front desk staff did the best they could to accomdate me and family..Little Jewish children walking around by themselves, no one in housekeeping could speak english, and neither could the maintenece people who showed up for a clog toilet..the room was very clean, but to get extra towels or shampoo was like pulling teeth, no one could speak english..my meals were okay for a 2 star restauarant. waitstafff was freindly, but the food prepartation was horrible ..I would never again stay there unless I call ahead first..

The only good thing about this hotel is the housekeeping. The front desk staff are young unprofessional college students. The restaurant is mainly seafood, but you can order a few American style meals. The lounge is small and the staff is as equally unprofessional as the front desk staff. I was very disappointed to hear about the remodel and discover ceiling stains all over, dirty dirty stairwells, and little air ventilation in the rooms. The pool and hot tub hold the same opinion. The exercise room was probably the best part of the hotel. No joke, I was here for almost 3 months. In the middle of my stay on a Saturday I woke up at 7: am to take a shower, NO HOT WATER. It was 6: pm before the hot water was back on. I thought about all the people that had to check out at noon with no shower, how disappointing! It is in a really inconvenient location. It took me 3 days before I finally got to the point when I could remember where it was and how to get back from different locations. I 100% not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it was the last place to stay in NJ. I think your car would be more a more hospitable place to spend then night in than this hotel. Oh, and the sleep number beds, I think that is a joke.

What a nice hotel. I stayed at Embassy for years but it has changed for the worse. Radisson did a great renovation and the staff is excellent. The E-Class is what you should ask for when staying there. The new Nautilus gym is great too.
